GOLF SPECIFIC FITNESS

 

As a keen golfer myself, I have always had a keen interest in fitness training for golf. I completed a NASM qualification in 'Golf Fitness Specialisation' at the end of 2019 and have been developing my specific training programmes ever since. There is a huge amount to consider when trying to improve your golfing game and fitness is a large part of that! The training I provide will look at several areas including mobility, flexibility, explosive power, strength, endurance etc. The focus on these areas will vary for everyone so it is important that we establish what is going to work best for you to achieve the best results. Once this is achieved, I will have an in depth, individualised programme for you to follow.
